It's September and the humidity is making me sweat. We all welcome the cooler weather, the evening nights out and all the festivals that are on the way - just NOT this humidity.

Well, what does September bring besides all those things...

YES TO PETS!!!!!

We are partnering with YES to PETS, helping them to collect supply donations for pets and people in crisis in our community.

We have setup a donation box in the office (others around the community), to collect those much-needed supplies. For week 1, we are focused on the basics - wet/dry pet food (dog/cat). Food is a very high demand item and can make an immediate impact.

In addition, we are still collecting Google Reviews to give away a $200 donation to AZ Small Dog Rescue. Together, we can help make a pet's life a little brighter this fall.

FYI - Jonathan and I have 101 days until we run in the Phoenix Marathon - this will be our 1st time, so come and cheer us on.

ROAD TO 200: Google Reviews

Our summer office goal is to increase our Google Reviews. We are currently at 162 and only need 38 more to get to 200. (Google Tez Adams State Farm Agency)

ABOUT TEZ ADAMS

Shout out to all valley residents in Tempe, Phoenix, Chandler, Gilbert, Mesa, Scottsdale, Avondale, Goodyear, Surprise and all those I didn't list - including those at Arizona State University, GCU or MCC.

Tez Adams is a native of Little Rock, AR, but has been a resident of Arizona since 2013. He is married to Janet, and they have one son, Joshua in addition to Winston – their Golden doodle. As a family, they enjoy spending time with one another traveling and giving back to their community in various ways. Joshua is now college freshman (Forks Up!) - so I guess now we are supporters of Arizona State University Sun Devils! He is a Barrett Scholar, which we are very PROUD to say.

Tez has over 20 years of insurance and financial services experience, having served in various leadership roles in the industry and community alike. Tez is a PROUD member of Phi Beta Sigma Fraternity, Inc., Tempe Leadership – Class 36 alum, and member of the Tempe South Rotary Club.

Tez can often be found supporting his community through numerous volunteer opportunities. He holds a master’s in insurance from Olivet College, The Chartered Property and Casualty Underwriter (CPCU) and Associate in Claims (AIC) designation from The Institutes and a bachelor’s in finance from The University of Arkansas at Little Rock. He is licensed in property and casualty, life, health, and financial services products.
